Cancellation Policy/Security Deposit: 

A security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be returned within 15 days of departure date providing there is no damage/excessive cleaning needed. Payment in full will be due fifteen days prior to arrival date. 

Should you need to cancel outside of the seven days prior to your arrival, all monies will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per cabin. If cancelling within seven days of the arrival date there will be no refunds.
