By completing this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:
Payment Policy

The first night's payment is due at the time of booking to hold the reservation.

If you request an invoice or deferred payment, the balance is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival.

Reservations not paid in full by 10 days prior to arrival will be automatically cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. Once a reservation deposit is received, the rate at the time of booking is locked in for that reservation.

The credit card used for the reservation must be in the name of the guest making the reservation. Use of another person’s card without authorization is prohibited and may result in cancellation.

Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person. The primary guest (the person who made the reservation) must be present on-site for the entire stay.
Great Valley Cabins – Cancellation Policy

Cancel 15+ days before arrival: $50 cancellation fee applies; the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancel 8–14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

Cancel within 7 days of arrival: No refund.

If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment between 8–14 days prior, the same 50% refund policy applies.
Additional Terms

All reservations are rain or shine and are considered final within 7 days of arrival.

Early departures and no-shows are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for weather, illness, or emergency-related changes.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid.

Holiday bookings are final once the deposit is made. They may not be shortened. Holiday reservations may only be held, cancelled, or extended. Three night minimum night stays apply for Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, and Labor Day weekend.

All guests agree to pay for any damages to property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay. Cleaning, damage, or missing item fees may be charged to the card on file, with notice and documentation provided.

Great Valley Cabins is private property. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest(s) who fail to comply with our policies or engage in disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.

All guests at Great Valley Cabins, including day visitors, must be listed on a reservation. Unregistered guests may be asked to leave the premises.

We require guest registration for safety purposes, including emergency situations.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at Great Valley Cabins, violations will result in removal from the property without refund. Only ADA-defined service animals are permitted. Working dogs (such as bomb-sniffing dogs or police K9s) and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.
Rabies Verification: Service dogs must have valid proof of rabies vaccination. Acceptable forms include a veterinary certificate or a printed record from the vet's office showing the rabies vaccination date and next due date. Rabies tags on collars are not accepted as proof of vaccination.

Smoking is not permitted within 50 feet of any cabin or building entrances, windows, or doors. Smoking inside any cabin or structure will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Check-in is available after 3:00 PM; check-out is required by 11:00 AM for cabins. Early check-in or late check-out without prior written approval will result in an additional nightly charge.

We reserve the right to relocate guests to an equivalent site or cabin if operational needs require it.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered in select areas; signal strength is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
Guest Responsibility & Reminders

Guests are fully responsible for ensuring their reservation is paid on time.

Reminder emails are sent automatically as a courtesy; however, it is the guest’s responsibility to track payment deadlines and due dates.

We do not follow up individually for unpaid reservations. If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled according to our cancellation policy.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your email and payment deadlines.
Authorization & Chargeback Policy

By submitting payment, you authorize Great Valley Cabins to charge your card for the reservation amount and any applicable fees or damages.

All reservations are considered final and non-refundable within 7 days of arrival. Guests waive the right to initiate a chargeback after this point for cancellation or dissatisfaction.

All chargeback disputes will be challenged with signed agreements, payment records, and communications.

Submitting a chargeback for a clearly non-refundable reservation may result in being banned from future bookings.
